America’s AI Action Plan (July 23, 2025) directed NIST to revise the AI RMF, including removing references to misinformation, diversity, equity and inclusion, and climate change. As of October 23, 2026 no revised version has been published, so this checklist follows AI RMF 1.0 (NIST AI 100-1).
